I got this thing on accident, from a coin pusher game themed after Willy Wonky And The Chocolate Factory. It had these collectible trading cards with the film's characters on it, each also being redeemable for tickets at the arcade itself. The coins weren't meant to leave the machines, but sometimes they get spat out with the collectible cards. This one did just that. ELAUT Company is known for having notoriously rigged claw machine games.
