1964 Silver Roosevelt Dime - Philadelphia - Scorched Reverse - X.F.-A.U.

$15.00

Description

Unprofessionally graded by me. This Roosevelt Dime was made at the Philadelphia Mint in 1964, and is made out of an alloy of 90% silver and 10% copper. The Reverse side shows signs of being burned, either in a fire or by some punk with a lighter. The coin has multiple signs of being scorched by flames, but the Obverse side is relatively untouched, aside from some clear toning across the surface. The grade sits somewhere between Extremely Fine and About Uncirculated, with the upper bands on the Torch of Freedom being fully separated while the lower bands have been worn down.
