1976 $2 Federal Reserve Note - Bicentennial Redesign

$13.00

Description

This note was released in 1976 with the now-standard Reverse side design, featuring a depiction of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Previously, the $2 note featured a depiction of Monticello, Thomas Jefferson's plantation house. As with some of my other new additions, this note was kept inside a wallet, hidden away in a storage unit until it was rediscovered and gifted to me. It is now ready to be preserved for the rest of it's days.
